GCOC UPCOMING TRIALS & TESTS

AGILITY TRIALS

January 8 - 10, 2027 @ South Carolina Equine Park 

Trial opens Mon., Nov. 9 @ 10 a.m., closes Mon., Dec. 28 @ 11 p.m.

PREMIUM ENTRIES 


GCOC hosts two AKC agility trials each year. The spring trial is usually held in early April and the fall trial is held the last weekend of September. January 2027 trials will take place at South Carolina Equine Park in Camden, SC.

GCOC hosts two FastCAT/CABT events each year. The spring test is usually held in early January and the fall test is usually held in November.

GCOC's coursing events are held at Mickle Farm, 1046 Mickle Rd., Blythewood, SC 29016.

OB/RALLY TRIALS

December 5 - 6, 2026 @ GCOC Training Facility

Novice Obedience and all levels of Rally. Trial entries open now - closes Nov. 23, 2026 @ midnight.

GCOC hosts three AKC Obedience and Rally Trials each year:

  • One all-level OB/Rally trial is held each year at the Tri-City Leisure Center in May, and two, two-day Obedience trials (Novice-only) and Rally trials (all-levels) are held at the GCOC training facility; one in late November or early December, and one in February.

CGC & TRICKS TESTS

To be scheduled.

GCOC host two Canine Good Citizen Tests and All-Level Trick Tests each year. One event is usually held in the spring around June and the second test is usually held in the fall around October. Both tests take place at the GCOC Training Facility- 947 S. Stadium Rd. Columbia, SC 29201.

SCENT WORK TRIALS

December 19 - 20, 2026 @ Gaston Town Hall and Civic Center Auditorium

Judges: Linda Wozniak, Julie Yeckley, and Melissa (Missy) Jaskolka. Opens Fri., Nov. 6 @ 12 p.m. EST, closes Dec. 5 @ 12 p.m. EST .

GCOC hosts CWAGS Rally Leagues and practice year-round. To get involved in CWAGS, please contact Alyssa O'Dell or Carolyn Royall.

RV Parking is permitted at the Agility Trial Site ONLY, with new sewer hookup or dumping available. Reservation instructions will be on the Agility Trial Premiums.
