 We have made it easy and free to register online and are encouraging online entries.

You may complete the online registration and mail in your check, but entry is not complete until check is received. Checks must be received prior to closing

 If not received by closing date you will need to go online and register as a late

entry. Late entries are charged an additional $5 per entry fee, if trial is not full. A copy of your original voided check will be sent to you via email or text.

You may enter one dog on this form but wait until you have entered all dogs and received

an invoice  for each dog before paying once. Your spot WILL NOT be guaranteed until
