Novice/Open Handling Seminar. 

 Handlers should be nearly ready to compete at the Novice level or above with the registered dog.  The dog registered dog should be able to complete multi-obstacle sequences of jumps and tunnels. Proficiency with weaves and contacts is not required.  However, this is NOT a clinic for those who have not yet trained their dog in agility.  In case of rain the event will be moved to the GCOC building in downtown Columbia on a padded ring.
