This class meets at  Booker field. 3633 Trotter Road. Columbia , SC. This class emphasizes all component skills needed in agility; self control, motivation, balance/coordination, and handling. Dogs and handlers will learn a foundation of safety and skill which will enable them to continue to more advanced agility training if they wish. This class is geared towards dogs who have no prior experience with agility training.  We will introduce you and your dog to agility in a positive, safe manner. This course  includes foundation skills necessary prior to learning  obstacles.  Dogs taking this class must be able to sit, stay, and come on one command.

Minimum Age of Dog:  8 months by the day you register.

Prerequisite:  To be eligible for this class dogs must  have taken Basic skills class and intermediate class    Or  be evaluated by the instructor or agility training director using the exercises from the Canine Good Citizen's Test.

Prerequisite: Passing Canine Good Citizen's Test  not required but recommended. Basic Skills class and Intermediate class.
