GCOC Club Meetings

GCOC meets the 1st Thursday of most months. Meetings are usually held at 847 South Stadium Rd, Suite #5 Columbia, SC however, that does sometimes change. All meeting time and location updates will be noted on this page.

2010 Meetings
January 7
The next GCOC club meeting is on Thursday, January 7th @ Doc's Barbeque, 1601 Shop Road, Columbia, SC 29201. 6:30 for supper and the meeting begins at 7:00. After the meeting we will go to training building to roll mats for the Trial on Jan. 16-17. Hope to see you there!!

February 4

7:00 - Developing a Training Program-- presented by Terri Rein
7:30 - 7:45 Approximate start of the Business Meeting. There are not many committee reports required for this meeting but there are two fairly long reports that we will discuss. The board met for a three hour planning session last week and as a result has a fairly long report covering a very ambitous set of priorities and goals for 2010. Secondly, the Obedience Trial Chair will also have a fairly long report as we have just comleted one trial but need to step immediately into the planning mode for the May trial.

8:20 Very brief, 10 minute board meeting for membership votes and a few details regarding our upcoming board meeting on February 25.
