About Our Classes

GCOC classes are open to the general public and to all dogs - rescues, purebreds, etc.
All of our instructors are club members who give generously of their time and knowledge and are not compensated by the club in any way. GCOC instructors have a wide variety of dog training experience in many venues. Many of them have trained with some of the top experts in the country and they all have a working knowledge of canine learning theory, behavior, psychology and problem-solving. Above all, our instructors are enthusiastic dog owners themselves. Most of the instructors are also competitors and have won AKC and UKC titles in a wide variety of canine disciplines. Many compete at the local, regional and national level. We offer classes for the very beginner up to the most experienced dog/owner.
GCOC Class Waiting List Policy
GCOC will not maintain a waiting list for classes. Class start dates and times will be posted on the website as they are scheduled. Prospective students are encouraged to check the website frequently and to enroll in a class that best suits their schedule.
